
Eligibility: 10 years and above
Calisthenics performers who are part of a team and club, are given the opportunity to learn and perform a solo routine incorporating the skills of 'aesthetic'. A graceful solo performance incorporates soft, graceful flowing movements, classical and techniocal elements, musical appreciation, emotive expression and story telling. Participants are able to showcase their performance at two competition: the "Hills Solo Graceful Competition" and the "CAWA Solo Graceful Competition," both held at the Swan Park Theatre between March and May each year.
Coaching of a graceful girl is a privater arrangement between the coach and parent/girl. Training is in additiont to club team training and arrangements are made directly with Graceful coach.

Entry Forms
Entry forms for the Hills District Graceful Comp and CAWA Graceful Comp are available shortly through the CAWA website. Each parent/guardian is responsible for entering their child before the closing date in Feburary. Please note that all participants must be financial with their club.
